Pollo Pepian

Went to a small restaurant in Bell, CA this weekend with my pal. It's called La Casita Mexicana, and it was featured in a Bobby Flay Chile Relleno throwdown! I have not had the chile rellenos yet, but I will soon! This is a pretty traditional beaner dish. It's chicken with a sauce made from toasted pumpkin seeds, tomatillos, and some kind of chile (can be spicy or not). This was my friend's plate, but I tried the sauce and it was pretty tasty :-)
