Sugarpill Goldilux

I've had a small sample of Sugarpill's Goldilux pigment for the longest time and I finally used it a few months ago.  The pigment is amazing!  A little definitely goes a long way, I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a true gold pigment.  Here's what I used for the rest of the look:

Lid - Sugarpill Goldilux pigment
Crease - MAC chocolate eyeshadow
Highlight - Urban Decay eyshadow in ABC Gum
Eyeliner - E.L.F. black liquid liner

NYX flashy red lipliner
MAC lipstick in Sail la vie

I can't remember! But it was very light and somewhat peachy

Freida Pinto Inspired

I'm subscribed to NYLON magazine and I loved the issue with Freida Pinto on the cover.  So I tried to do a similar look, but the color I used on my lid turned out to be more of a teal than a sky blue.  Sorry for the bad quality of my pics, I took them with my phone in crappy light :-/  I meant to post this a while ago so I do not remember the exact colors I used, sorry!!

I know she has a nude lip, but I was also inspired by an old blog post from my fellow makeup addict (Makeup Monster), where she used MAC Morange with a teal like color on her lid :-)   However, for my lips I used MAC's Everlasting Sensation Lip Liner and MAC Hibiscus lipstick.

Here is what I used overall:

Too Faced Shadow Insurance
MAC Paint Pot in Rubenesque
Lid:  Inglot shadows
Crease:  MAC Ground Brown mixed with a lighter brown
I don't remember what I used as a highlighter :-/

Pin-up Shoot Part 2

Once again, got together with some gal pals to do a fun shoot.  This actually happened in February, sorry for posting it so late.  These are my favorite pics from the shoot. I used everything from Too Faced, MAC, Makeup Forever, NYX, Inglot, etc.  I kept the makeup simple, but it was still lots of fun!

Pin-up Photoshoot!

This past Sunday I got together with some friends, and had so much fun!   Each of us is trying to build a portfolio and we all had something to contribute.  The hair was done by Elissa Andujo, photography by Stephanie Pacheco, and there were two models, so my BFF (Diana B.) and I each got one.  Can't wait to do more fun shoots!

I did the make up on the first model, but my friend helped me out with the smokey eye in the second pic :-)  And my BFF did the makeup on the second model with the orchids (bottom pic).  It was pretty simple makeup, but we're getting practice and I love it!

I really don't remember what I used, but it ranged from MAC, Sephora, E.L.F., Urban Decay, Make Up For Ever, NYX, Benefit, etc! I know I used my MAC Melon pigment which I think gave the model an awesome glow :-D
